Hi everyone,
The arrangements for Presentation day are well under way please make sure that all your players know the following:

Every player will be receiving a trophy
Lunch will be served from 12.30 onwards.
Presentation ceremony will start around 13:30-14:00, giving time for everyone to enjoy their lunch and for the teams who are playing away to return to Lord Reserve and have some lunch.
Apparently there is going to be a lamb souvlaki spit at a cost of $5.00 per roll.
Our sponsors will be down to assist in handing out the trophies and five year awards.

Hey Everyone, Just a quick note to update everyone on a couple of things:

1. Casino Night - A reminder that there are still some tickets available for the Casino night. We have sold 7 and I have 3 left. It is at Mackie Road reserve on Saturday night. Tickets are $20 each. (We can get our hands on more tickets if you require).

2. Canteen Duty - We have Canteen duty on September 8th. We will draft a roster and circulate for feedback.

3. Team Management - Due to my travel and work committments (I am away again for the next two weeks). I will be handing over the Team mangement to Jodie for the rest of the year.

As per my text message to you all (23 May) - a change of venue for U9E for Saturday (26 May).
The new venue is Warner Reserve Alamein Avenue Ashburton (Melway 60 E11).
Game time is still 09:00 am - please be there from 08:30 am.

As per my text message to you all earlier today (Sunday 13 May), there will be no training for the U9 Eagles this week (Monday 14 May). I will advise the game time for Saturday once I'm notified. See you all Saturday.

Hey everyone,
Confirming that we will be playing this saturday at Lord Reserve. Our first game will be at 9.30am and so we need to be there at 9am. We will be playing two games with the possibility of a third game if everything works out.
Uniforms will be able to be purchased on Saturday.
A reminder that all forms need to be submitted this weekend. Please ensure you have filled out your forms and bring them on Saturday. If you have not paid your registration fee as yet, then you can do so on Saturday as well. (You will need a couple of passport size photos and a copy of Birth Certificate).
I don't have a game fixture for the season as yet but hopefully we will hear something in the next week.
I will be away for a couple of weeks. During this time Jodie will handle the Team management (thanks Jodes), so if you have any questions or require further info please contact her on 0417 327 750 or 9503 4576.

There have been a couple of questions about when the Trial game is.
We will be playing this Saturday 5th May at Lord Reserve. The first game starts at 9:30 am (please be there at 9:00 am.)

We have a trial game scheduled for Saturday (05 May) - we are playing the U10 girls team on Pitch 3 (Lord Reserve) at 9:30 am, so please be in attendance at 9.00 am. Please ensure players have a water bottle and a pair of shin pads. For those who do not have uniform socks and shorts, I am sure you will be able to buy them on the day. I will bring the shirts.
Also a reminder to please bring back your forms as distributed on Monday night at training. If you are unsure of what forms you need to fill out please let me know. It would be great to get them all in on Saturday. I am away from next Tuesday (8 May) so please have them done by Monday's (07 May) training at the latest (you will need a copy of player's birth certificate and also 2 passport photos (please just paperclip the passport photos to the blue forms - do not glue them).
I am still awaiting the schedule of our fixture and will post it as soon as I receive it. I will also do a roster for our year at the same time.
Look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday to watch the new look Eagles run around the park for the first time - it should be fun. If you cannot make it on Saturday please let me know, as this will eliminate us chasing people just prior to the game.

I have just spoken with Eric (Coach) and we will need to train Monday nights due to his other committments. This a change to the discussions we had last week about Tuesday nights. This will now be locked in as our set training night. Training will start at 6:00 pm and finish at 7:00 pm. Location will be Duncan McKinnon reserve. We will be doing training tonight (Monday 30 Apr).
Unfortunately, we cannot establish a particular night that is ideal for everyone, so I ask that you work with the Monday night and please request assistance for pick-up or drop off if it is an issue for you.
After training tonight I would like to talk with all parents about the season ahead - this will take about 10 minutes and I will be able to bring you up to speed with relevant information.

Training has been cancelled for Saturday (28 Apr). I apologise for any inconvenience.

Well we have been confirmed as the Eagles and not the Falcons.

There is a meeting for all managers and Coaches on Saturday morning at Lord Reserve at 10:00 am this Saturday (28 April). We would like to do an hour training session at 9:00 am prior to the meeting. So if you are able to be there by 9:00 am it will be a great chance for the kids to continue to develop their skills.

It looks like we will set Tuesday nights as our training night at Duncan McKinnon reserve. I will confirm this on email over the weekend once we have had our meeting with the Club on Saturday.

Recent additions to the list means that we should have the right player numbers for the year which is fantastic. Thanks to everyone for joining up with the Eagles.

I have some forms for everyone to fill out and I know some parents would like to get details for uniforms, our fixtures etc. If you could all please be a little patient I should have everything organised by early next week.

As a follow-up to my call today, a training session for the U9 Eagles has been arranged for tomorrow, 18:00-19:00 Monday 23 April, at Duncan McKinnon - play will be under lights.
